In 2015, I opened my first salon in Canada, and by 2024, I was excited to expand to a second location.
But in 2020 when the pandemic hit, everything changed—my salon had to close for a total of 11 months over two years, and it was the toughest time of my life. For the first time, I found myself worrying about how I’d feed my family.
That challenging period gave me a chance to step back and realize that the salon industry had me feeling like a hamster on a wheel, just going through the motions day after day.
So, I decided to shake things up and rebuild my salon in a way that truly reflected my vision.
With the help of my coach from Destroy The Hairdresser, I took a fresh approach, and within two years, I grew my team from 7 to 20 members and finally hit the revenue goals I’d been aiming for.
Those changes were a game-changer, and without them, I wouldn’t have made it through the tough years of the pandemic and beyond.
Now, I’m passionate about coaching other salon owners—not to build a salon exactly like mine, but to help them discover what matters most to them and create a salon that fits their life. I love working with students all over North America, helping them find the confidence to create their perfect salon.
“Sometimes it takes hitting rock bottom to realize the way things have always been done isn’t the way they have to be. I rebuilt my salon on my own terms, and now I help others do the same—creating a business that truly fits their life and dreams”
I help salon owners break free from burnout, set real boundaries, and rebuild a business (and life) that actually feels good.
You Built The Dream. . .
So Why Does It Feel Like A Trap?
But here you are: exhausted, overworked, managing stylists who you’re scared will leave if you breathe the wrong way.
You’re still behind the chair because you have to be, your to-do list is eating you alive, and the idea of "freedom" feels like a cruel joke.
Everyone told you if you worked hard enough, followed the rules, and created a “team culture,” success would come.
But the rules?
They weren’t made for people like you.
They were made to keep you stuck.
I spent years running myself into the ground trying to be the boss, the cheerleader, the therapist, and the engine of my business.
I tried KPI’s. I tried “empowerment meetings”. I tried sacrificing everything for my team
None of it worked
Because the system wasn’t built to support people like us - intuitive, ambitious, rebellious leaders who want more than just financial success.
We want meaning. Autonomy. Life
What I believe
You don’t have to motivate your team to make money
You can stop managing and start leading
Boundaries aren’t selfish- they’re strategy
You don’t have to earn rest or apologize for wanting ease
The way things have always been done is the exact reason you’re stuck
What I do
I coach salon owners who feel trapped in a business that was supposed to set them free.
Together, we deconstruct the systems that keep you small and rebuild your salon into something that actually serves your life — not the other way around.
I don’t sell empty inspiration.
I teach real leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual strategy that gets you back into the driver’s seat — without losing your mind (or your income).
I’m not here to teach you how to hit retail goals or squeeze more out of your stylists. I’m here to help you reclaim your time, your power, and your purpose.
You started your salon to create freedom—but somewhere along the way, you ended up trapped behind the chair, juggling everyone’s needs but your own. That ends here.
My coaching is the no-fluff, judgment-free space where you learn to lead without losing yourself. If you're ready to finally build a business that supports your life—not runs it—then let’s do this.
Your next level is waiting.

Real talk for salon rebels. Business therapy meets tough love—because burnout isn’t a business model.
Alright, Canadian hairdressers hold onto your toques, let's get real and a little bit cheeky. We know we're the nicest folks on the block—so nice that you're practically giving away haircuts and apologizing! But let's face it, "Sorry, here's a discount" might as well be our national hairdressing catchphrase. It's time to stop the emotional garage sale and start pricing like the business owners you are!
